Just Relax Boo is a fun & fresh company started in 2018 by Lisa Ward, a homeschooling mom of 5, with an Art Education degree. All items are handmade in Lisa's studio near Tampa, Florida.

These soothing & relaxing packs are filled with flaxseeds & natural lavender buds. They can be warmed in the microwave for heated relief or stored in the freezer so they are ready to use cold right away. The lavender scent is calming. The weight of the flaxseeds is soothing. Your tired muscles or headache will thank you as you Just Relax Boo!
